Figure says its BotQ factory has moved from producing one Figure 03 robot per day to one per hour, a 24-fold throughput increase in under four months. The company reports that the facility has delivered more than 350 third-generation humanoids.
The production system includes fleet management, over-the-air updates, and a feedback loop that turns field failures into hardware revisions. Figure argues that a larger fleet also generates the operating data needed to improve autonomous behavior.
The one-per-hour figure is a demonstrated cycle time and company-reported target, not an independently audited annual run rate. Even with that caveat, manufacturing throughput is becoming as important a robotics metric as model capability.
