Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs are forming an AI services company focused on mid-sized enterprises. Anthropic says its applied AI engineers will work alongside the new firm to identify valuable workflows and build custom systems around Claude.

The venture is also backed by a group of asset managers including General Atlantic, Leonard Green, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.
